Carter's My Plumber has never disappointed. They truly go above and beyond in their approach to earning your business and delivering solid service. I've used them for multiple plumbing needs from an urgent call for a hose leak that flooded my basement to installation of my new water heater (which they now flush yearly). I like that they text reminders and send a picture of the tech who will be arriving.

Carter’s My Plumber worked to reroute and replace the discharge pipe from our basement sump pump, which was a difficult problem to solve, given the available space. They were able to bring in a number of their team members with the right experience and equipment to solve the problem, which included running a new pipe through our basement ceiling and then from our house to the edge of our property. Although we were hoping for a simpler and less costly fix, we were happy with the result, and I believe we ended up with the best solution. Our sump has been working fine ever since. All members of their team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them!

I had a great experience with Carter's My Plumber. Miles, the technician, was very informative and knowledgeable. He tried everything he could to unclog my toilet before having to remove it. He got the clog out, replaced the toilet, and cleaned up the mess. Explained everything he had to do. I called Carter's in the evening and they came out the next day. Very pleased with their services and will call on them again should the need arise. Highly recommended.

What was supposed to be an "easy" replace a water hose on my leaky kitchen faucet turned into needing a new faucet installed due to corrosion. Carter's My Plumbing were able to fit me in same day and the scheduling lady on the phone was very pleasant. Josh came by and installed that faucet within 30 mins and it works and looks beautiful! He was pleasant and in a jolly mood the whole time. Thank you for your expertise Josh!
