Had a great experience today at Cassidy. Went in with an appointment for a service I thought my car needed. They offered to check things before providing the service to see if it was really even necessary, and it wasn’t. Really appreciated their transparency even though it no meant no business from me that day! Will definitely be back !

I had a great experience with Cassidy. I had a tire pressure light come on that I couldn't re-set on my own by filling my tires and they got me in quickly to help me out, even during a snow storm when every other place nearby was full! They were fast, efficient, and very kind. I would definitely come back to this location for any other future tire needs!

Had a nail in my tire and was fortunate enough to be able to drive it. Setup an appointment at 8:30 am and my tire was done by 10 am, same day. The staff was very helpful and cost was very reasonable. Also they send a message of all the different things they checked which was very helpful. Overall, would highly recommend as it is always great to get someone you can trust with car service.
