The 'customer experience' at the Robson St. location is absolutely appalling. The staff are more interested in looking at their cell phones rather than offering any assistance. The young lady standing behind the counter while daydreaming with her mouth open, seemed startled when asked for help. She then pointed in the direction of the round coffee table we where looking at online. When we found the table, a tall Persian man wearing skin tight pants and freshly doused with offensive cologne, leaped from his desk and went right into an utterly cringe worthy sales patter. He assumed we where ready to buy, I imagine. Once we discovered the 'high end' furniture is simply cheap imports from China, we decided to simply walk away. Based on the absence of customer service along with their bold interpretation of, 'good quality furniture', we would not return and would rather spend our money elsewhere. Incidentally, we found a similar table at Jordans Home; made in the US and 10% lower!

So this is going to be my first negative review ever. I must say, all past experience I’ve had before at Crate & Barrel and CB2 have been amazing, that was until me and my wife had to experience Erika's customer service at this location. We were there to buy a marble table that we had finally decided to go for after months of researching and finally finding the one on their website. First, Erika had not welcomed my wife appropriately after she had first requested to see the table, not showing her much interest until she saw we truly were wanting to buy the table. Second, we found a chip in the marble table and it was the only set they had in store. We were originally getting a 15% discount for my first CB2 order, but after showing Erika the chip, she instead stated we can no longer get the 15% discount, but rather now have to pay more(!!!) for a chipped piece as she stated she can only give a 10% discount on a damaged item. Unfortunately, with marble items, we were not wanting to risk buying a new set since Erika had told us that the pieces are typically different and may not be what we really like. Im not sure whether she was trying to get us to pay more since she saw we loved the table. I had asked to speak to the manager, which apparently she was... as someone who has been a manager in retail in the past, I can not imagine treating a client like that. CB2 I expect so much better when it comes to such a premium brand. I have to still buy a third piece of the set but I did not want to give another sale to Erika after that experience.

DO NOT CHOOSE SHIPPING! I should have gotten my package 4 days ago and it keeps getting delayed. Like, why is this shit coming from Ontario? I would have just picked it up in store within hours. Transparency is fun, try it.

This was an online order experience. CB2 promotes a premium experience but delivers the opposite. A non-working 15% discount, two hours wasted with customer service, and a $24 shipping charge on an order that clearly qualifies for free shipping. Misleading and inefficient. “Premium” brand, basic issues broken promo, wasted time, unexpected fees.
