Cedar Park Overhead doors technician,Jonathan and Christian, tech in training, came to service my Garage door and they were awesome! On time, quick, efficient, polite, and friendly. They were such a breath of fresh air . I used another company previously , who tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. CPOD's Samuel Brand came out early this afternoon to figure out why our door wouldn't open- the spring was broken. It wasn't something he had on the truck, but he gave me a ballpark figure on cost and said he'd be back later with the correct parts. Around 4:30pm he returned with everything he needed and worked until after 6pm to make sure it was adjusted correctly and worked as it should. He was professional, friendly, and nice to talk with. In the future, I'll call CPOD and ask for Samuel to come out.
