From the initial phone call to the end at check out, the staff was AMAZING! Marley was great with everyone as he always is a good boy. He had his anal glands expressed, but had also developed an infection…not bad though. Dr Cachero and her Techs are the BEST team I have had the pleasure of meeting and taking optimal care of my Marley. I came in concerned and left relieved and blessed to have encountered such attention, care and love from all of them there. I will definitely, absolutely bring Marley there or make an appointment for all his care. Keep up the great work Centerville!! You guys are the heart and soul of veterinarians!!

I’ve been utilizing the grooming and vet services for our little dog for the past year. He has been groomed by several of the groomers on staff and we’ve always had satisfactory results. Most recently Leah was his groomer and he looked amazing! She took extra time with me to really understand my expectations and consulted afterwards to ensure I was completely satisfied.

I took my cat Lisa to this vet because she hurt her leg. I told the girl over the phone what happened so she scheduled an appointment. I went in and a X-ray was done. The Dr comes into the room with a pamplet of a orthopedic surgeon. I was like oh no because I knew that was big money so I'm alone with this snotty lady who works there and she says to me oh my God you are worried about the cost and your cat has a broken foot. Obvious someone pays her mortgage. That orthopedic surgeon wanted 8500 to fuse the foot and said because it has been over a week amputate for 5000 . Sounds like blue pearl was out for money. I went to the humane society and got help. A vet is performing Lisa's surgery Tuesday for 2200 . Some people need to realize not everyone gets vet employee discounts. I was about to tell that thing about herself but I didn't. I will never go back to that place. The vet and everyone else were professional and kind

The absolute BEST vet and boarding! They are so thorough and have always gone above and beyond for our 6 pets. They give diet instructions for the actual food you feeding with their weight, cost estimates as you’re going through treatment and a lot of helpful papers to read about the stage your pets in and future stages so you know how to best take care of and prepare for your pet’s future. I never worry about boarding my dogs because they send pictures every day and will setup vet appointments if something comes up. All in all, 100% in every avenue and I’m a vet snob!! Can’t recommend this practice enough!!

Best vet clinic in the area! We have been with them for over 20 years and the staff is amazing! Dr. Hayden and Dr. Reidel are so compassionate, and you can tell they love what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend them to everyone I know! Driving from the Little Creek area is worth it to ensure quality care for our pets!
