This is an update: I have found the shock wave treatment recommended by Dr. Ashley to be a game changer regarding flexibility in my lower spine. I can bend over up with ease and painlessly. With scoliosis, I thought 5 months ago I would be restricted in movement permanently. A real gift to be able to do things I thought I cwouldnt be able to do again! Thank you, Dr. Ashley
