He tried to charge me $45 dollars for a low taper. I respect that businesses set their own prices, Which is why asked before siting in the chair. When I asked if he could do 40 dollars he responded with “ I don’t negotiate with terrorist” extremely rude and disrespectful. I took my business elsewhere.

Was visiting Indy and found this place nearby. "D" cut my hair and was incredibly professional. Makes me want to take another 2hr drive for a cut.

Chop Chop Barbershop has a clean, well-kept environment and a great overall vibe, which I really appreciated. However, I was not pleased with the pricing or communication regarding the cost. I paid $35 for my 12-year-old’s haircut, which only included a taper on the sides and a lineup — not a full cut. That price seemed quite high, especially considering that many adults pay less for a complete haircut. There was no explanation before the service about why the price was $35, nor was I informed that there was an upcharge for walk-ins. When I asked if they accepted walk-ins, I was told yes, but not that there would be an additional fee. Had I known that in advance, I likely would have chosen to go elsewhere. I think it would be helpful if the shop clearly listed any extra charges for walk-ins on their website or booking site to avoid confusion in the future.

So friendly, great atmosphere, and my son (super picky with barbers) really enjoyed his experience here. Oh and great quality of haircut! We will definitely make this our regular barbershop now. FYI We had an appointment at the end of the day and did have to wait until he was free, so plan ahead and be flexible.

I was extremely pleased with my first experience at Chop Chop! The staff were very welcoming and Olivia got me all straightened out after a year of poorly cutting my own hair at home. Convenient parking next to the building, relaxing atmosphere inside, and everyone was wearing masks. Overall just a well run establishment!
