We enjoyed learning about the hotel's history and features in our morning tour of the Chateau Frontenac. Our guide was knowledgeable and ensured that everyone in the group was able to participate safely and experience all the spaces and sites we could enter that day. It was an entertaining and well-paced hour.

Claudine was amazing! Despite the very frigid temps, she kept the tour moving and was easy to hear and understand. Highly recommend! Even my 2 teenage boys enjoyed the tour.

We loved the Christmas magic tour of Old Québec City. It was a great way to learn about and see the highlights of the historic area. Our guide, Claudine, gave a fantastic tour—she was warm, funny, informative, and made the history of the city come alive. I highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely fantastic your. Interesting, to the point, detailed, low key humour. This is the one to take. We had gone on a"free"tour 2 days before. Left half way after dying of boredom. Out guide was Philip, and he's a genuinely nice guy as well.

Our tour guide was witty, entertaining, and so well-versed in everything Frontenac! The tour, which took a little over an hour total, was a great way to get a crash course in the history of Quebec, and of course to appreciate the story of the Chateau. The Chateau was very busy the Friday of our tour, so we had to make our way past two weddings, a photo shoot, and the bustling staff preparing all corners of the hotel and restaurants for those events. At times, it was a little hard to hear our guide (again, due to the busy nature of the hotel), but she did her best to keep us together. The tour requires a bit of walking, including inclines, stairs, and standing, with a small portion outside at the beginning (bring an umbrella or poncho!), but was not strenuous. Our group was about 15 people (it was 30+ but they split us among two guides at the beginning) which seemed to be a perfect size. I wouldn't recommend this tour for children unless they are a little older and have an interest in history and/or architecture. Overall we were very glad to have taken the tour and learned so much about the city!
