I wouldn't waste your time here. The vibe is unfriendly from the artists and the onsite management clearly isn't dedicated to the hours posted. Wasted an afternoon just trying to get in to see a space.

I filled out the application paid the $35 and was totally approved then at 7 AM I sent an email requesting to come into the unit before the allotted to 330 time and was told that that was suspicious and I could no longer rent after I rented a truck, packed it and was ready to go. When I ask this very strange Manager if I could have the name and number of the owners she refused please don’t bother going through the process don’t even try to rent here this woman is completely disturbed.

Lots of individual artist studios and a gallery/museum in one building. I went for SVOS, and found most of the artists friendly and willing to talk. A few were more bristley, but I suppose there will be some less pleasant people in any group. Definitely worth a visit if you get a chance.

Brought my daughter to a workshop taught by an artist at the Citadel. What a wonderfully creative space for artists to create their life's work. Safe, secure and clean.
