Our 65” TV stopped working and I called Mikal. He came to our house 12/1/25 discovered what the problem was and a new part was required. He ordered, the part arrived the following day and he returned that day to switch the part!!! Now that is A+ service!!! If any of my TVs require any service I will call City Electronics!! Plus I recommend this business to others!

Mike is a great guy, knowledgable as heck, very helpful, AND reasonable priced. If you are tired of shops that keep your stuff for weeks or months, call Mike. He has repaired two circuit boards for me from non-TV appliances and saved me a lot of time and money (DISCLAIMER: I researched the problems and solutions on the web, brought the boards and the info to him for the actual repairs).

I took my KRK Rokit 8 speakers to Michael, he diagnosed the issue as faulty capacitors and he expertly replaced them and resolved my issue. He was clear and honest in his diagnosis and I would not hesitate to revisit his shop should the need arise. Thank you, Michael!

Mike at city electronics did a great job for us. Save us many hundreds of dollars for a widescreen Samsung television by replacing the motherboard. Fast, calm, careful, friendly, and a great price. Recommended to everyone.

Mike was spectacular. Returned my phone call immediately. Over the phone, walked through the problem I was having . Mike suggested it sounded like my Roku stick and ask me to check that first, before he came out. That resolved the issue. Mike made a follow up call later in the day to confirm the issue was resolved. All this at NO CHARGE! Great communication, great technical knowledge and excellent follow up! If I could give 10 stars I would. City Electronics are going to be my first call from now on..
