Very responsive and polite! Steven was able to respond to my request within an hour of my inquiry, had a great rate and when I asked to add something at the last minute there was absolutely no hassle. I was very impressed and will use him again!

Easy to book online and arrived on time. I was expecting someone to drop off the trailer for us to load ourselves, but Steven was with us helping the entire time which was great. We got a full trailer loaded in under 2 hours, and he was ready to load more if needed. Can’t recommend enough, thanks Steven!

I’ll be referring Steven to everyone I know in the City! I messaged him Monday and told him I’m moving out of a house in 2 days and I needed bulk trash removed for the new tenants arrived. Easy as pie, I sent him a pic he sent a quote and within the hour it was there. He texted (as I was driving back for my final walkthrough) that he picked up everything and sent me a confirmation picture. When I pulled up I saw that he had done all that work within 45 minutes ALONE! I thanked him again and told him you found a repeat customer (when needed).
