Came for a tournament and this is one of the worst experiences ive ever had in a bowling center. You shouldnt agree to host a tournament in the middle of a remodel. These tournaments are planned months in advance. You should know better. The other reviews about the rude staff are on point as well. If you dont fix the customer service, no amount of paint and new tables will solve your problem.

Went there for my granddaughters youth state tournament well first of all this place looked like a disaster wires hanging down celling tiles gone stuff clutter around the service desk big time fire hazard why the city of fortworth gave a permit for this business to operate is beyond me included in this post are pictures you can see the danger with children playing in the area with the wires anyway this place was a dump no oversight on setting overflow many elderly people were setting on the floor because was told you can't bring your own chairs every outher place we have been two has allowed this but not here it was a very stressful experience coming here my recommendation to the owner clean up your place before you have hundreds of people there also have enough setting for all the people including the elderly here's a golden rule to learn if your business has too many people standing you have to many people in your building god bless who read this
