Well, I had to get a smog check and I asked if they were available the day after Christmas. They took me in at 8 o’clock right away without an even having an appointment. They were accommodating and professional. They ended up changing out my six-year-old battery, which was really needed and did an oil change and they were very proactive and even ordered a Delco battery for my subaru, for they did not want me to be disappointed. Thanks guys I’ll be back.

I came in to get my brakes checked and was quoted $1,600 for the service. They then charged me $196 just for a diagnosis, which I wasn’t expecting. As a young woman, I genuinely felt taken advantage of. The cashier was also rude, which made the experience even worse. I ended up going to another shop afterward and was quoted $350 for the exact same service. Huge difference. Overall, a terrible experience — especially for women. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place. Yikes.

Well nothing is priced the same as 2010, paying a bill was easy when you know everything's professionally handled...... Albert from ClaremontAutoCare repaired my horn admirably---- (it got damaged by a low curb or some SanDiego pothole ! ) and my '13 Ford eNergi will run another couple years with def an oil change.... which I will undoubtedly get Albert to perform... 🤓 $Tay CooL Competent & Courteous, SIR. ~AndyH

The team worked very hard on the car and were up front about diagnosing the repairs needed and the cost. They also worked to give me discounts on the labor. Most importantly, when I shared a concern about one of the new struts, they replaced the faulty part and all the other struts with a higher quality at no additional cost. Excellent service! I got my smog done here on a Friday evening, they were busy but organized and ready to help. 30min tops and it was done! Super awesome shop!! I will absolutely be coming back here! Honest, friendly, fast service, great prices and cute mechanics 😉🥰
