I have previously replaced two heating and air-conditioning systems through other companies before my recent installation with Clarke & Rush. I intentionally waited nearly a month after the installation to ensure everything performed as expected before sharing my experience. I can confidently say that Clarke & Rush exceeded my expectations in every way, and I felt compelled to share my appreciation for their outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and ethical standards. From the very beginning, the sales representative, Mark Thyne, stood out for his honesty and integrity. He did not exaggerate or misrepresent the product, pricing, or quality; something that is unfortunately rare in sales today. Mark took the time to provide valuable information and educate me so I could make a well-informed decision, which I greatly appreciated. The installation crew arrived promptly and demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process. All technicians wore disposable shoe covers (ShuBee) to protect my home and carefully covered the work areas with floor protection. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned any areas that may have been missed. Every member of the team was courteous, respectful, and kind to one another and to me. Once the job was complete, they said their goodbyes and left my home exactly as they found it. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and it truly felt like they were a family; one that I felt a part of during the project. It is rare to feel such trust and familiarity in such a short time. Clarke & Rush was referred to me by my friend Gary, and I am extremely grateful for that recommendation. I am more than comfortable recommending Clarke & Rush to anyone in need of heating and air-conditioning services. They truly set a new standard for quality, service, and professionalism.

Stanley and Abel came out and installed a tankless hot water heater with a recirculating pump. They were professional, polite, methodical, and very thorough from the demolition to the installation, and follow up. They gave us complete confidence in their ability in safely replacing and rerouting the existing gas lines with new ones. The gas lines, water lines, and vent pipes were installed in a neat and professional look that benefits the small space as well as the aesthetics. They had to remove the old water heater that stood on an elevated platform. Because it was installed almost 25 years ago, parts were corroded and were difficult to dismantle. They did a great job in reducing the amount of wall board that was affected. They cleaned up the very messy debris of demolition leaving almost no trace. They finished the job by painting the vent pipe all white covering the blue glue that was used to adhere the PVC pipe. All in all, we could not have asked for a better job, or more jovial persons. Truly, they went above and beyond. We are very happy in choosing Clark and Rush to replace our old, outdated water heater. Thank you Stanley and Abel. R & R Galindo, homeowners

Clark & Rush is our go to company for any of our plumbing or furnace needs. We first did business with them in February 2024 when our indoor tankless hot water unit quit working. We had contact another company who, without looking at the unit advised us that due to its age (10 years old) that any parts needed where not going to be available and that we would need to replace the entire unit. With parts and labor we were looking at $2,000 plus. In wanting a second opinion, we contacted Clark & Rush. Long story short, they were able to repair the unit for $200.00. We have used them since then for several other repairs and appreciate their honesty on the quotes. They provide excellent customer service and follow up.
