Joanie was so pleasant and made the experience very comfortable and as painless as possible. She answered every question and provided helpful pointers and advice to ensure positive and successful results. Overnight i have seen a drastic improvement in my skin. I had a good experience, the laser treatment did hurt (7/10) but it was only a few minutes for the entire thing. Joanie was kind throughout the whole 3 treatments, and made sure everything was alright. Overall the results have been good, I've progressively been getting less acne that isn't as aggressive as it used to be. I would recommend :)
