Heard good things about this place and decided to make a last minute appointment, luckily they had one. I was paired with Jason, and he was amazing. It truly felt like he was trying to heal my knots, he wasn’t just pressing and rubbing in unnecessary spots. 2nd best massage I’ve ever had, will be going back and specifically requesting Jason.

I had a really nice experience at Cloud 9 in San Jose. The young lady at the front desk was a real gem. I came in for gift cards for my sister and niece, and she patiently explained all their services, prices, and how the cards work. She even helped me split the cost between two cards without a fuss. A couple of other customers came in, and she made sure to address them too. I didn’t catch her name, but she said it was her first week and thanked me for my patience. First week, and already excellent service—Cloud 9 is doing something right.

I've been to Cloud 9 about 8 or 10 times. I really love it. The facility is super clean, the rooms are inviting and comfortable, and I've had very good experiences with the massage therapists. I love the online booking option and the great availability of appointments, even at the last minute. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I was expecting a shared room for the 30 minute foot massage, but was surprised that they have you lay down, so it's mostly focused on tips of toes and tops of feet. It was fine but I wouldn't return
