I did the intro class with Vanessa. If you are looking for a low key workout with a great instructor, I can’t recommend this enough! She walked though all the moves. Also the music is great, not your typical zen music but something to keep your energy up!

Nikki is the absolute G.O.A.T Pilates instructor. Her classes progressively challenges you to reach your max. My body ALWAYS feels so much better after participating in her classes. I appreciate how she is very attentive with every member and takes time to correct your form, execution, or anything that hinders your results. She ALWAYS has a positive, upbeat attitude during each session and is really funny which makes her classes fun.
