We had the pleasure of working with Corey Patt. She is hands down the best agent we've ever had. She was both our buyer's and seller's agent (2015 and 2024 respectively). She is extremely knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to close a deal at the best value, knows how to craft offers that get accepted when it's a competitive market, and has great suggestions of little improvements to maximize your property sale price when you go to sell. Ryan Lile is so much more than a real estate agent. He's a great listener (part therapist, really) who could tease out what was working and not working about the numerous places we visited. He was always nimble and flexible, sometimes adding new showings to our roster while on the fly. He's consistently responsive and attentive, even on weekends and evenings. I never felt any sort of pressure or that I was an inconvenience. I will forever remember what a painless (maybe even fun!) process he made my search for a home—even in a market that was extremely difficult. Kudos to Ryan and to Coldwell Banker Bain!
