Used their services twice now! Great communication, very helpful and friendly! Did exactly what we needed them to do at a better price than other we had used in the past! Will only use them for all future needs! Paula is awesome and helped me with all my questions and Rick did a great job around our house! Highly recommend!

Awesome company! I recently had wasps in my walls and they were finding their way into my home and I am deathly allergic to bees! I called after hours and couldn't believe it when I got a return call telling me a tech was on his way after being out of town to attend his uncle's funeral! He made quick work of the nest and the entrance and even came inside my home and killed the live ones in the house. That's service! And I thought the cost was quite nominal from what I got quoted the next day from a couple other companies plus the other companies wanted me to sign a contract to get my home sprayed a few times a year. Columbus pest control just said to contact them if I needed anything else. You can't go wrong with this company! 5 stars! Thank you Columbus pest control!

Don't use this company. The business model is a scam. They make money by charging you $125 for each visit. We paid nearly $500 and continue to have a skunk under our front steps in Dublin. I realize we're dealing with a wild animal but to pay $500 and not have the issue resolved is absurd and poor customer service. When the trap caught an innocent raccoon and the area smelled of skunk, Rick, the employee said he wished he had known it was a skunk as he would have handled it differently. Isn't he the expert?

Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a problem with honeybees that I could not get controlled (those little things are determined and resourceful). One stop to Columbus Pest Control and a 5-minute conversation with them, and I had a plan and a product for victory. For significant or recurring issues I would recommend consulting these pros first.
