Today was one of the hardest days our family has ever faced as we said goodbye to our beloved dog Lily. I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Kristin Brooks and the entire office staff for the compassion and care they showed us during such a heartbreaking time. This was our first experience having to put a pet down, and I was especially worried about how my children (ages 11 and 7) would handle it. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to gently explain everything to both me and my kids, making sure we all felt as comfortable as possible. They treated our dog with so much love giving her pets, speaking to her softly, and truly honoring her in those final moments. They even let the kids give her treats, including chocolate, and offered spray cheese, which meant so much and brought a small bit of joy in such a sad moment. While this was an awful situation, we were surrounded by truly amazing people. I am so thankful that our first experience with something this difficult was with such a caring and compassionate team. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for treating our family and our sweet girl with so much kindness and dignity. We will never forget it.

Your technician linsay is condiscending and rude. I tried to have a conversation with her and she is a brick wall. This is the second time in 2 years she's been our technician. Your field requires compassion, her personality fits a desk job with no social interaction. I plan to get a my records and transfer vets. Cheap vet care does not mean rock for personality as care!!!

I absolutely adore this vet office. We had such a wonderful experience here. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, and they took great care of both my cats during their neuter. As a pet owner it can be really stressful dropping your pet off for surgery, but they made me feel reassured every step of the way. When I picked him up he was safe, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. I’m so grateful to have such a compassionate vet office to trust with my animals. Highly recommend!

I'm new to the area and I have a female cat that needs to be spayed. So I prepaid for the initial visit (spoiler alert, this is the reason for this post and a red flag for ME). I've never had to prepay any veterinarian BEFORE my pet could be seen, I honestly thought this was a Toledo thing (its not). And I did so. The day of my appointment my ridiculously intelligent pet decides to hide, in the smallest, tightest, space EVER (I swear they know when it's time for a checkup lol). Which means, I have to cancel. And I do so. Because, she's really in a spot where I can't reach her, and I covered up this spot I thought well, so she REALLY had to do a work to get herself where she is. I digress.... maybe she knows something intuitively about this place that I don't... The Community Pet Care Clinic policy is that a same day cancellation forfeits your prepayment and if you'd like to reschedule, you can, however, you must prepay... again. Now. I'm not doing that. I'm still processing the loss of my $52 in the first place. I mean I could probably go to my bank and get it back (actually definitely could do that because I didn't receive a service, but I'm not even going to waste my time. I'm sure this clinic has a need that I'm unaware of because this is the policy they have in place, so we'll consider this one a blessing) I can't speak on how good the Veterinarian is or isn't, unfortunately. I can come online and talk about this policy so that others are aware of it, just in case they're like me, so they are not shocked or amazed or annoyed or confused. I'm here to help. Don't just take my word for it. The Vet may be amazing, I'm not about to prepay again to find out. :). I wish them the best of luck and blessings, I'll be using a different organization.
