Michael has been out to my home around a dozen times. He is the only one I call when I have computer problems. He is knowledgeable and dependable, and always on time !!! I have trusted him with my $10,000 streaming computer too bad the company that actually built it dropped the ball and Michael had to fix their problems !! Michael, I hope you’re doing well. The last time I saw you was in the winter of early 2025 the paperweight has disappeared 🤣🤣 and now I have an Alienware desktop that’s been very dependable the Alienware X 17 laptop that you last worked on is working fantastic no issues with either drive nor the operating system.
