I was a patient of Dr Cooley in 2020 she was the best as well as the staff. I had to stop going because COVID started. I never got Covid. Anyway I call Friday wanting an appointment for the sculpting pod. The guy who answered asked my name I told him I was a previous client he put me on hold and came back and told me they no longer have that service, I didn’t understand why he had to put me on hold to come back and tell me that they no longer had that machine 🤷🏻♀️I told him it is on the website he said he didn’t know. I asked what do they have and that he would have the office manager call me. NO call. I just felt like they just didn’t want me to go back. What the heck. I am so confused when I went there I had nothing but good service. I also remember that I had one or two B12 shots owed to me from back in 2020 I don’t know I am just disappointed using the pod help me with the pain in m back pain is coming back and that’s why I wanted to go for 2 or 3 treatments.

Pre/post op care: I had the pleasure of interacting with John at front desk and my new bud Francis what a gem, made my experience as goofy as I am. Lab staff was also amazing. I went to Coolmeds pre and post surgery for supplements as well as post surgery IV therapy. Without Coolmeds care, my healing would not have been as easy as it has been. Post note: 3 weeks post op (reconstructive Breast surgery/ capsulectomy with implant replacement) and No pain, no bruising and I feel amazing. Thank you to the whole staff. Keep em laughing Francis!

The staff at coolmed is amazing. They truly care about you and take the time to get to know you. Dr. Cooley is Kind and caring and really listens to your needs. She is very thorough and really individualizes your plan. I highly recommend them!!!

Always feel that I’m taken care of at Cool Med. Front office staff is always welcoming and greet me with a smile. Dr. Cooley is fantastic and super helpful with my needs. One huge reason I keep coming back is the fact that she will tackle issues with both Western and Eastern methods. She doesn’t push pharmaceuticals which is hard to find in a doctor nowadays. I’ve gained 10lbs of muscle and lost more than 4% body fat using what she prescribed. That’s all within 5 months. My wife will now be seeing Dr. Cooley.

Dr Cooley was amazing her staff were very friendly and cordial great customer service you feel like you were family and Dr Cooley is so gifted, she's amazing, very talented and an excellent doctor. I felt like I knew her for a long time. And she really wants to help people and that's awesome. I'm sorry I have to wait till July to see her again LOL
