I received a second opinion quote for a water heater replacement after getting a crazy expensive quote from a popular competitor. Cooper Plumbing was quick and professional to respond to my inquiry. The initial technician was very informative with my options and didn't make me feel pressure to make such an expensive decision on the spot. We approved the initial quote 6 months later and was able to get serviced within the same day. Prices were almost half of the competiter and service was top notch! Scheduling was quick and easy, and on the day of service they proactively notified me that they could arrive earlier than expected due to a cancellation — a nice surprise. Jeremiah handled the water heater service and was chill, professional, and very informative. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions clearly, and completed the maintenance efficiently and cleanly. No pressure, no mess — just solid work. HONEST COMPANY! During my distress of thinking I had a sewer line break under my home, Mr. Cooper took his time to review my camera footage and explain my true issue, which was a belly not a break. He also spent time sharing how to prevent issues going forward. He gave me honest feedback which was to wait on costly repairs and fixing anything and use preventative measures. This honest advice meant he made no money from me, but instead looked out for my best interest. For this reason, they have earned my respect and my future business. Sewage cleanout connected to City of Houston main sewer line had been run over by an 18 wheeler and Carlos with Cooper Plumbing was sent to inspect and give me a quote to repair. Carlos’s got out a shovel from his truck and exposed the cleanout inspection cap. Removed the cap, throughly inspected the pipe and find no damage. He said he could not quote. I told him I would gladly pay’s call-out charge but he refused because he had done no work on the pipe and left. I was impress with his thoroughness and honestly. They definitely earned my future business
