This place exceeded any expectation I had going in. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful with the job I needed done. Also, coming to leave this review, I realize I entered after hours and they still helped me + not one mention of “oh we’re closed already”. Still, I’ll make sure to check the hours next time. 10/10 experience. Everyone come here for your copy and print needs!!

I recently had a job done at Copy.com and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I found this place randomly, but I’m really glad I did. The associate who helped me in person was incredibly kind and professional, and the person who handled my order (Amanda) via email truly went above and beyond. She took the time to communicate with me in detail to make sure everything came out exactly how I wanted, which I really appreciated. The level of care and attention to detail was impressive. On top of that, their pricing was reasonable. What stood out the most was their customer service—they even stayed open past closing time so I could pick up my order. That kind of dedication is rare these days. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality work and exceptional service!

I've used Copy Dot Com for over 15 years, but they have destroyed their reputation and any working relationship we had. I recommended dozens of my own clients and spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with them. Over the last 2 years alone, I spent hundreds of dollars EVERY SINGLE MONTH there. Since their location move, the quality of work has declined significantly. I started to get my orders back with errors. Wrong amounts, wrong sizing, things cut off center. Many times I would be too busy and overwhelmed to even tell them something was wrong. When I would tell them, I would be treated poorly. I am autistic, so maybe the people at Copy Dot Com communicate differently, but it is not rude or unprofessional to ask for mistakes to be corrected or for extra measures to be taken before an order was completed, especially when it is not just my own work but work for another local business that is depending on them for quality. I was also horrified when we sent one of our own clients to this establishment to print a zine they were making for a Palestine benefit. They called this person, who is Jewish, antisemitic and refused to print their work. I was absolutely mortified and did not expect the "cool" local print shop to support genocide or discriminate against customers. What a stain upon what should have been a very cool local legacy. Please be informed and listen to other community members who have experienced discrimination, low quality work, nasty attitudes, and a tremendous amount of time and money lost from this business.

This place saved my butt when I left printing to the last minute. Thousands of copies either binded, stapled or glued. They stayed around late for me to pick up. Do NOT go elsewhere. Aaron is the MAN! Thank you!
