Claudia provided an exceptional experience-even from out of state. I’m based in Arizona and had fallen in love with a gown she carried, and from the very beginning, she made the entire process feel seamless and personal. She went above and beyond, taking the time to FaceTime with me multiple times so I could truly see the detail, craftsmanship, and fit of the dress. That level of care and transparency made such a difference when making a decision from a distance. What stood out most was her commitment to finding a solution. When the dress didn’t have the right size in the top, she proactively reached out to the designer to explore options to tailor it appropriately- doing everything she could to make it work for me. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help set her apart! It’s rare to receive that level of service, especially remotely. I’m so grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend working with her, she's a gem.
