The croissant cooking class with Chef Stephanie was awesome. She provided step by step instructions and encouraged hands on participation. We had a fantastic time and feel confident that we can master croissants on our own. I will definitely take a French bread making class with her.

Chef Nancy was great - we learned to make a variety of sushi rolls and had a lot of fun. Our party of four met at Chef Nancy's house and she was well prepared for our visit. Communication was great, food was delicious and plentiful. Don't forget to bring to-go containers as you will have more food than you can stuff your face with :)
