I had a wonderful experience at Craftex. The Christmas side is closed until sometime in June. Overall I was still able to find what I needed.

We purchased their best Christmas tree. In store it looked great. I opened the box to find it filled with cheap PVC needles. I closed the box and did not disturb the packaging. I went back to the store to look at the model tree. Approx. 10% of the outer/visible tips are cheap PVC. (100% of the center needles are PVC) You can't easily see it in store b/c of the lighting. Quailty trees are all PE, or PVC only in the center. They are selling mid-tier trees for top-tier prices. The tree never left the box, but they won't take it back. See the photos below. You can't see the notice the PVC needles in the model. In daylight (with lights off) you can see the lower quality.
