We registered for plates and they ended up being discontinued. I called around to all the C&B Outlets around the country to try to find any still in stock and Charlie was so helpful! There was only one but he was able to place the order and was so helpful through the process!

I have visited this store multiple times and it’s always fun looking for some good treasure! This last time I went in looking for a sofa and it was just my luck. I was hesitant at first but Danny made the purchase all the more exciting and informative! I appreciated his patience and attentiveness while deciding. Often times associates can be pushy when selling a piece of furniture but this experience was far from that! They had several promos going on and I got a $2k sofa for less than half of the price! Everyone was extremely helpful including Charlie. I’m seriously impressed by their customer service and patience! Thank you guys for your help, can’t wait to make a stop very soon! In the mean time, I’ll be enjoying my new fancy couch!

Blown away by amazing products and team at the store. I randomly looked them up. Called 2 hrs before closing asking what was in store. Charlie went above and beyond with his knowledge and encouraged me to come in. Another employee (didn’t catch his name) helped me look in the back for the dresser I wanted. They loaded it into my car and sold me on a night stand also. I will be coming back here every couple weeks because of the amazing service. Truly Crate and Barrel service. Thank you team.
