I had such a great experience at CREAM tonight thanks to one of the employees. I came in wanting an ice cream sandwich for my wife and I but saw the line was too long and my rideshare was already on the way, so I turned around to leave. One of the staff members, who looked like he was actually on his break, stopped me as I was leaving and asked what I wanted. When I explained I didn’t have time, he said he’d help me out. He quickly took my order, got me rung up, and I had two sandwiches in my hand right as my ride pulled up. It was such a small moment but it made my night. I’ve worked in customer service before and I know how rare it is to see someone go out of their way like that, especially when it’s late. I’m not sure of this man’s name but it was sound 11:45p on 10/3. I’m giving this review with the hopes that the person and team gets some recognition.

I tried the Coffee Blast and Cheesecake flavors — and both were insanely delicious. The Coffee Blast had a rich, bold coffee flavor with a smooth, creamy texture that hit perfectly. The Cheesecake flavor was creamy, slightly tangy, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again. Amazing flavors, great hospitality, and a genuinely wholesome experience. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! Special thanks to the kind gentleman who served us we didn’t catch his name, but his hospitality made our visit even better!

We couldn’t find any hot chocolate kinda late at night in the Castro area but…CREAM got us covered! Nice people and good atmosphere too! Sitting area is a little limited though but all in all good experience 😊👍🏼

This place offers irresistible ice cream toppings and some conventional and unconventional flavors. Different sweet treats such as cookies and ice cream sandwiches are also available. Done up in pop colors, the place looks bright and fun!

CREAM rules everything around Making-Cookie-Sandwiches. I hadn’t had a gluten free cookie sandwich in 10+ years and it was a near religious experience. The cookies were far better than I was expecting, the ice cream scoops were far thicker than I was expecting, the price ($8) was, for SF standards, far cheaper than I was expecting. Gluten free cookies were only .50c more than the non gf. My non-celiac group was totally impartial on the sandwiches (too grainy, too sweet, too bland) but they haven’t been in a decades long cookie-sandwich drought, so that’s on them. If you’re gluten free for any reason, come here. The scoopers weren’t thrilled to be there, but it was 10pm on a Tuesday or something, so I don’t blame them.
