Brittany did an awesome job with my brows. She was patient throughout the entire process and I appreciate how excited she gets to see how many smiles she is putting on women’s faces with the details of her brow work. Thank you so much Brittany! I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Alicia for her patience and navigating me through my first experience with lash extensions. She was amazing and so patient. Will definitely be going back to Creative Beauty.

I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrow color correction done! I have a very low pain tolerance, but it truly didn’t hurt as much as I expected. Brittany was so welcoming, professional and checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure I was comfortable. Her studio is clean, neat, and super cute, which made the whole experience even better. My brows already look great, and I’m excited to see the final results after healing and my follow‑up appointment. Highly recommend! 💯💯💯

FOLLOW UP RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Andrea, I was very clear from the beginning that I am on a tight budget and needed accurate pricing. I explained that I wasn’t sure whether I needed a touch-up or a full brow retouch, and you told me it would be between $175–$250. For my first visit, I was charged $250. You also couldn’t remember the promo rate you had given me for January, and to “honor” it, you still charged me an additional $175 later. That brings my total to $425. Yet, you stated the total normally would have been $475. If your regular pricing is $475 plus another $175 for a touch-up, that is extremely high ($600) and I would adivse anyone to make sure they understand this pricing. At my previous appointment with another company, I only needed one visit, and any necessary touch-ups were included. I’ve also spoken to multiple people who’ve had their brows done, and all were surprised by both the touch-up fee and the amount. If follow-ups are expected, they should be included in the original price—not charged separately later. To me, this feels misleading. You had no issue backing out of our agreement and still taking my money. I tipped you both times, yet nothing was done to resolve this situation. So I’m genuinely asking: why would I want to come back a third time? Since my most recent appointment on the 20th, approximately four days have passed, and the healing appears largely complete, I have noticed significant fading. I can provide photographs if needed for documentation. Additionally, your professionalism was disappointing. At both appointments, I arrived before you. The first time you were 15 minutes late. The second time, you rescheduled from 9:30 to 10:15 and still arrived at 10:30. During my appointment, you continued answering your phone while working on me. That is unprofessional. Your response to my concerns has also been unprofessional. This situation happened because of miscommunication on your end. If you continue responding negatively, I’m prepared to share screenshots of our conversations showing that clearly. Regarding my previous work: it was done three years ago and had mostly faded. When I mentioned it to you beforehand, you never said it would be an issue. Saying afterward that artists don’t take clients with previous work is unacceptable, especially since that was never disclosed to me. Between the unclear pricing, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct, I will not be returning. I will also advise others to get all pricing in writing, as your “promo” rates are not clearly honored. -Brandi- 02.24.2026 I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding pricing. I was quoted $175–$250 for a January promotion and paid a $100 deposit. At my first appointment, there was confusion about my price, and I had to remind them that I was booked under the promotion after being told it was $450. I was told my six-week touch-up was included, yet when I returned, I was charged an additional $175. This brought my total (before tips) to $425—nearly full price—despite being promised a promotional rate. I was also told that my third touch-up would be free. This is not my first time having my brows done, but it was my first time with this business. I have never needed multiple touch-ups before. If a client is expected to need repeated touch-ups due to poor retention, they should not be charged again only six weeks later, especially when it was known in advance that another visit would be needed. The worst part is that even after my second touch-up, my eyebrows are already fading again. Both visits involved confusion about payment, which is unprofessional and misleading. Had I known the true cost upfront, I would not have booked. I will not be returning and do not recommend this business due to unclear pricing and inconsistent results. 02-20-2026
