Inspector Julien is amazing. He went above and beyond to assist our family. Initially, the operator scheduled our appointment for next week because it was a holiday week. However, once we explained our situation, Julien arrived a few hours later. He conducted a thorough inspection, explained all the options, helped us customize a plan that fit our budget, and got started immediately. We are very satisfied with the service and extremely thankful.

The warranty is a MAJOR LIE. Paid thousands of dollars and promised a warranty and a guarantee only to realize 3 days later they didn’t solve anything. When I tried calling to reschedule a second pass through they have consistently cancelled or completely stood me up with a no show WAISTING my time. It all started with the service crew, they told me they couldn’t finish the full service and were running late but could return if they missed something. They 100% did MISS EVERYTHING. Their customer service people is a 3rd party and seems to be overseas. They didn’t even call to cancel they straight up no show! DONT RECOMMEND!

The workers were ripping out insulation and throwing it off the side of the balcony in giant bags and weren’t paying any attention to what was below them, crushing my $250, 4-foot palm tree, and my 3-foot Crown of Thorns. I called this morning and was transferred to their complaint line but received no call back today. I called back and a woman named Hannah answered the phone and was very unsympathetic and clearly annoyed. She was very short with me, and irritated that I asked how long it usually takes to get a call back. Not only did this company destroy my property, a worker barged in my house while I was in the middle of leading a big work meeting and relentlessly called my attention from around the corner until I had to stop my meeting and tell everyone to hold on, just so he could ask me to use the bathroom. There are countless places to use the restroom Within two blocks from my house. Before and after photos of my plants attached.
