I usually don’t take the time to do this but I have to say that Meghan never disappoints me, I really consider that she is very professional, takes the time to look on items, do not talk to other co workers while she is doing her thing, she focus on what she is doing and I really appreciate that, since I bring a lot of items I always spend some time at the store, but she is fast, accurate, professional and really nice girl, always happy to go there for shopping, I love the store I always find something cool. Everybody is always greeting and with a smile, I am a little picky about costumer service and being welcome every time I arrive at the store is a big plus for me.

First time here. Not worth it. The waiting is a pain and they should create a different strategy. I went to bring three pairs of shoes and one pair I just used it once. Good brand quality buying it for 20% from the original price I purchased so I declined. My two nice knee good brand high boots they refused to take it. I'm not coming back here. I decided to go to San Francisco. They have the best consignment store in there. I noticed the people who brought their stuff to sell carried it with a black garbage bag. Dang! Did they find it in a garbage bin?

Excellent prices for the brands represented. Ever-changing selection worthy of regular visits. On weekends, always plenty of folks trying to sell, but the store seems very selective. The location has a dedicated but limited parking lot—more street parking nearby

I found a few items. Well-organized. I thought most prices were okay, but slightly high. Not bad for if you want the plus of thrifted without having to look through a lot of junk. Of course, you'll pay a bit extra for it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. I said I didn't see my shoe size and their response was "oh." Well, okay... I guess it's none of the store's concern if I want to buy shoes. I'm not inclined to return.

I sold a bunch of clothes here, and out of 50 items, they took 10 pieces. This is honestly one of the better spots to sell at as they gave me $150 in store credit or $90 cash. Platos closet gives close to $7 per item on average compared to here where its about $15! I would give it 5 stars, but one of the workers was a bit rude and I felt as if she thought I was going to steal... I had a bunch of clothes in a pile that I was going to buy. The area is a bit rough so I understand that, but it truly made me not want to bring my business there. Selling is great, buying not so much. 2.5 stars.
