This location Not friendly to Seller. Stuff often with sour face to Seller , like we are who choose their job. Security guys Select whom they will be friendly with and with whom Not. High turnover for security men.- new faces of them every 4 months. I just came here from 2 other Crossroads branches where I has been Not ask "Not to walk in store with duffel" I brought in. Today security man claims "new" policy. Other previous branches where I just came - did Not mention about this , even though I shop around with my duffel . After all ,each item has alarm lock. Inconsistencies in policies between branches. Before when I leave my bag with clothes Unattended - clothes has been stolen at this branch. It's why Seller have to carry around their bag. OR they Cannot shop while waiting in line - so less sales for this branch.

I came here to sell my clothes because their website says they buy items that are not only well-known brands. Unfortunately, they didn’t buy a single item from me. I waited in line for more than 40 minutes, and in the end they rejected everything. It was a waste of time. I would not recommend coming here if you want to sell your clothes.

I had a really disappointing experience selling at Crossroads Trading Co. First, I didn’t get the name of the buyer who assessed my clothes, but the interaction felt dismissive from the start. Many of my items were clearly in season (spring) and from well-known brands purchased within the last few years. They were in great condition and on-trend. However, I was told nothing could be accepted because some pieces were missing brand tags. There was no offer to take a second look or provide a more detailed explanation — just a quick “there’s nothing we can buy at the moment.” I even pulled out a few specific pieces that were current and in-season, and the buyer still didn’t reconsider or offer a second opinion, just moved on to the next in line. It felt rushed and impersonal. I understand resale decisions depend on inventory and trends, but the lack of transparency or willingness to explain was frustrating — especially when I’ve seen items on the floor that appeared more worn and less current than what I brought in. I’ve also noticed many reviews receive the same copy-and-paste response about how decisions are based on season, stock level, or what sells at that location. While I understand that’s the policy, it doesn’t address the customer service issue of feeling dismissed or unheard during the process. Second, the lack of plus-size options was disappointing. When I asked about them, I was directed to the exact section I had already browsed — which mostly carried Small to Medium. As a woman, you genuinely have a better chance of finding variety in the men’s section. I wish the store invested more in buying and carrying clothes for more average-sized bodies so more women could shop with a wider selection. Ironically, many of the pieces I brought in would have filled that gap. Overall, I don’t recommend selling here. You may be better off donating your items and taking the tax write-off. The process felt discouraging and not very customer-centered.

I appreciate highly regarding management along with the CoWorkers including Security. Even though it was 20 minutes, but it was a big difference of one of the places being here for the first time. I was very impressed. You guys made my night. Appreciate you guys in the best customer service and helping me. Thanks so much Kate and Gina
