Crown Cleaners and Alternations did a great job with putting a zipper on a pair of Faded Glory Jeans that I refused to throw away because the zipper was broken. There's not a trace that the zipper was even broken.

SO HAPPY I found my new tailor!! Nena was incredible- so patient, and worked with me on every single piece I took to have altered (about 10 pieces), without rushing me. Some were very complicated, so she talked me through her ideas of how to alter them. I could not be happier with the results! Wish I had taken pictures beforehand, but I truly did not expect as incredible of a job as she did. Thank you, Nena!!! I will definitely be back for any and all alterations!!

Nena is a gem, and has such a tremendous talent..all while being so patient and an absolute pleasure to work with :) I had an emergency wedding dress situation! -Nena was able to alter a very tight Size 0 off-the-rack dress to (where there was no extra fabric + a zipper would not zip up!) into a flattering and perfectly fitted custom tailored dress! I dropped off my Major alteration request on a Tuesday (I thought perhaps impossible..), and got a perfectly fitting dress on Thursday by lunchtime!! There was a complex inner lining and absolutely no stretch to the fabric, so it was a very difficult alteration to complete,, especially in that short amount of time. Nena is the best!!! She even made sure I tried it on before I left, what a godsend.. and a great experience!! I am devoted to Nena, for any fashion or clothing need.
