I have used so many plumbers before and these guys are so honest. I've also called them with a few emergencies and they always squeeze me in the same day. I have used them three times. I've also used them for my commercial space. Their customer service is just excellent.

Needed replacement of shower mixer valve. Tried changing it myself, but the exist My pressure balancing unit was stuck pretty tight, decided to bring in the pros. crown folks were accommodative, came in the same day, provided with two solutions of changing the exist My one or replacing it with a new fixture altogether. Decided to opt for the new one, though a bit pricey, but given the effort involved the price is probably reasonable. The crown plumbers who came in, were very professional… they came in at the specified time and finished the work in a timely manner. Some companies provide a tracking link to which shows where the plumbers are at, adding that would be cool for Crown. All in a well rounded service experience for me

The workers for each of the many tasks involved in this large job were hardworking. The 2 stars are due to the impossibility of connecting with the person who sold us the service or his management. Communication as to how long the job would really take, what time we were expected to be out of the worker's way was almost nonexistent. We never knew when workers were coming. If we knew the date we didn't know the time. The job was quoted as taking a week. That was in the 1st week in December. Eighteen days later they are still working and we have no idea when the job will be totally complete. Our schedules were never taken into account but we had to be present to provide access. We requested a later start time on the third day of a two day process. They came 2 hours early. There were days where not only could we not reach the supervisors but there were no English speakers on site so we couldn't determine their schedules, where they needed to be in the house etc. For these reasons I do not recommend Crown Plumbing for any job taking more than one day. The cost of all this was in the tens of thousands.

Crown Plumbing inspected for an issue I was having with my water softener. Their representative was prompt and knowledgeable. He ended up explaining the issue and helping me resolve it without even having to charge me. It’s always great to have a reliable and honest service company like Crown Plumbing.

My kitchen sink was clogged so I called Crown plumbing services. The plumber was on time. He shared with me that my kitchen sink was only partially clogged. He ran some hot water and then it’s unclogged. However, I got charged a $200( after discount) diagnosis fee. He told me if any work was performed, it would have been more than $400. I’m new to this but felt quite shocked for a 5 min time he spent at my place. Is it already so expensive nowadays to hire a plumber? Just would like to hear from you all. :)
