Josh was great at setting expectations and the young lady (hate that I forgot her name) that assisted me with everything else was just as awesome. I purchased a membership and can’t wait to return. My back hasn’t felt this good in a long time.

It was a wonderful, new experience for me and I enjoyed every minute. Josh, the owner, helped me feel more comfortable through the cryo. I don't like being cold but he talked me through it.
