I recently had the opportunity to speak with Curtis, and I really appreciated the experience. He took the time to listen carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and was very professional throughout the conversation. There was no pressure and no attempt to upsell me into services that weren’t the right fit for my current situation. Most importantly, Curtis was honest and helpful in assessing my immediate needs and ultimately pointed me in the right direction for where I am right now. That level of integrity and client-first thinking says a lot. I fully expect to circle back to Curtis in the future when I’m in a position where his broader services make sense, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful, trustworthy financial professional.

NOT recommended to those under 30yo. And not recommended to those who already have basic knowledge on personal finance. Nice/friendly but disorganized and unprofessional. Had to push for a refund of remaining time left, which was granted after a little back and forth. He came to the first meeting with nothing prepared, and with no recollection of my history and situation I shared with him on initial calls. The entire first hour session for $300 was used to input the numbers I provided into his budget system and “taught” me how to budget everything (something I had already been doing with only slight number differences). Once I called this out and asked for a refund of the remaining time, he tried to argue that he had already done two hours of work and would be keeping the $600. The audacity to ask for the full payment without completing the duties made me realize he isn’t a professional nor entirely trustworthy despite his ability to be nice/friendly. Also I chose him because HE assured me he had experience with influencers. Which I eventually realized he did not and so I left his service immediately. Curtis, in the end, whatever circumstances you may have been going through, you wasted my time and money and I still paid you for that first hour session where I walked away with no new information or insight, honestly because I wanted to be understanding of your situation welcoming a newborn during that period. You may change your response to this review as much as you want but please know I will also change my response to make sure the truth remains shown and other young professionals like myself do not end up wasting their hard earned time and money.
