Spent close to 10k on focal speakers, 2 audison amps, deadening on doors and floor, ambient lighting, 2 12 inch sub enclosed. They don’t tell you about all the shop charges (zip ties and tape don’t cost $550) until you get your bill which I believe were over estimated. Dennis was real patient with me and I am sure he regrets giving me his cell number. The project took 2 weeks (had to order extra parts for the lights). I would have gave them 5 stars, but when you purchase $2k on speakers you would have expected them to tune them. All my settings were set to 0 db. I asked if they can leave the USB plugged into the amp prior to installing the seat incase tweaks had to be made to the amp, but that wasn’t done, so I had to take the back seat out, just to plug the usb into the amp. While taking the seat out I noticed 2 of the 4 screws that hold the bottom of the seat missing. That compromises the integrity of the seat and can be fatal if I were in a crash with my family. I would not have known this if I didn’t remove the seat myself. I sent Dennis a message to lmk if the 2 screws were found to lmk. After watching several YT videos on tuning and buying a usb microphone, I ran accordo and tuned it using the wizard. The system sounds so much better. A lot of good hard work was done, but I just wish more attention was made to the finishing touches.

The first time I visited, the staff wasn’t very friendly—no smiles, no warm welcome. However, on my second visit, the experience was completely different. The service overall was average, but Anthony really stood out! He was so friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome. Thanks, Anthony! This location always does great work at a good pace and always does their best on pricing. Vien always takes great care of us. This car isn't fancy, but was my Dad's and approaching 300,000 so it is sentimental. They treated my car like an expensive sports car and I really appreciated that.

I liked that they didn’t try and push you into buying the more expensive systems NICK store manager His recommendation was on point. They Did excellent job on my window tint I suggest (good package) $299.00 can’t even start on my Rockford fosgate package system 12” sub with built in 300w.amplifier. And now we’re installing Rockford fosgate speakers. Front doors & tweeters back doors adding some mesa damping mat speaker kit to all the doors. And mesa damping trunk kit. They did such awesome job I highly recommend you check it out awesome pricing great staff and the tech crews did a professional job putting back everything. I’m impressed. Decent prices and wide selection of car sound systems. Initially I assessed average customer service, the small things mean a lot. When my car is serviced by mechanics, I expect to be acknowledged when I walk into your store even if you are with another customer, the floor carpet mats to be protected with a paper floor mat and my steering wheel cleaned. UPDATE: The store Manager, Marco called and wanted to know the details of my visit and how he could make it right as he and his team do practice courtesy and ensure an auto’s surfaces are clean after his team services a vehicle. He has offered to have the vehicle detailed to correct the oversight. Customer service is important, thank you!
