Got a quote over the phone for 190 then I get there then they say it's 230 and then after all the fees and whatever charges they want to give it at 300. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These guys are gonna poke your eyes out.

Had a great experience at Custom Sounds & Tint on Walzem in San Antonio. Chris did an initial diagnostic out in my 4 Runner. He identified the issue immediately. He set me up with new Kicker front speakers and tweeters, a new Pioneer Head Unit (after a secondary diagnostic showing failed signals from OEM components) and a JBL sub for some more bass. Expert installation by Henoch. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend. Chris manages the store. He was extremely helpful and explained all of the components to me, ensuring my level of comfort with everything I purchased.

Very very happy with the pricing I received. I didn’t expect such great prices commonly come to find out they gave me much better pricing than I even expected. The sales person was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend getting an upgrade to your stock stereo here at custom sales. They’ve been here for you decades and there’s a reason for it.Michael Riojas was freaking awesome . I walked in on a whim at the end of the day. It was a great thing. I just happen to walk in.

First visit was to see if the speaker was bad and it was. I was told they can't replace it because they don't make that size. Gotta be from dealer. I purchase one, go back, they VERIFY make model #, take info, take keys. Come back few min later n say so sorry we can't mess with factory replacements.May have said it's their policy. And 2 guys were looking and checking it out. Worked there 1 and 8 yrs. Very long standing co. I have used since 1st car in high-school, I'm over 50 now, for context. I didn't think anything of it at the time other than doesnt make sense, like if i wanted any of the other 17 speakers replaced I can't. U wudnt be in business if thats the case. I politely showed my disappointment,asked is there anything we can do. Nope. I left. Not till later I'm thinking. Wait that REALLY don't sound right. Someone advised, maybe they reluctant due to past experience. Ya maybe. But could have said that on the 1st visit when they told me my options then same 2 people on 2nd visit inspect my new one get all my info take my keys to get to work. Get me all excited cus I been putting it off so long. Just to come back out and say oh we can't. Total let down😔 I thought it was fishy🤔 N e way, went to my other regular spot, a mom n pop shop, Since it was the exact same speaker it was done in 45 and sounds perfect. Now motivated to get my real system out my old Overland to install. But it will not be with this place.

Dont come here if you dont know nothing about sounds , i got my sound installed for 3,400 way over priced and it doesnt hear well , they will scam you with prices way to expensive! And the sound is not going to be what you expected
