My son and I had a great first experience here. We went in as first time buyers of dirt bike equipment. The staff at cycle gear was was amazing!! They were friendly and with no hesitation came over and helped us pick out the gear my son (10yo) would need to get started. We weren’t pressured at all into over buying or buying anything we didn’t need. They were also very helpful in explaining what the gear was for and how it all worked. They had great sales and a much variety in stock. We’ll definitely be going back.

I stopped by the Fort Worth Altamere store a couple of times shopping for a helmet. All the employees were great. Nathan in particular was excellent. He was the one on duty when I bought the helmet. They have an excellent relationship with the neighboring Wilson Gear Store that focuses more on leather.

Excellent customer service! The associate who helped me (I didn’t get his name) was very kind and patient while helping me pick out safety gear for my son’s e-bike Christmas gift. He was knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend this store.
