My favorite workout in DFW! The instructors are so welcoming, have high energy and are great at leading the classes. The choreography is fun and can be followed whether you’re a skilled dancer or are more of a beginner. The breakdown classes are a blast and teach the choreography in bite sized pieces making it easier to learn while still getting a great workout. The community of women is also so welcoming and lovely!

So much energy from the instructors & class participants! Music was great too. Instructors don’t have microphones but could hear them well in the space. Loved the class & will be back. They were very welcoming to new participants too. Would like the pace of the moves to be faster & more athletic although it’s a true dance class!

An awesome group of ladies who love to dance! I’ve been a member for about 4-5 years and am continually grateful for the kindness, warmth, and amazing energy I receive from them. Alana, our fearless leader, puts so much intention into creating a quality experience for all of us. I love the variety of dance styles and the challenge of learning new choreography. Words cannot describe how much sheer joy these classes and teachers have brought me over the past year and a half. I forgot how wonderful it is to dance and how much happiness it brings me! While there are a lot of former drill team/dance teamers, a newbie can totally get an awesome workout and do fine, especially after you attend a few times!! No matter what your level of experience, I promise an extraordinary cardio workout to great music and the most phenomenal group of teachers and ladies dancing alongside you. Best dance fitness workout in town! Classes are available every week day. Convenient location. I love the mix of hip hop, jazz and other styles - the music is always great, and it’s a very friendly group. All experience levels are welcome. It’s my favorite way to get my cardio in, and there’s a fun shot of new choreography each month to keep things fresh and interesting.
