I really enjoyed my experience with Eyes Now their state of the art methods and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was special but heads up get their early because they are busy and there is a long line Dr Babin was amazing and treated me with nothing but respect thank you Sir

I’ve been a loyal client at this location for years, but this experience this morning was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I have always happily driven over an hour for the sake of enjoying this location & everybody being friendly. The receptionist this morning was incredibly rude— I never received any texts or calls to confirm my appointment, yet when he left a voicemail, I immediately returned his call within ONE minute. In his voicemail, he was trying to confirm my appt time of 2pm & when I called him RIGHT back, I was blamed for “not confirming” and told my appointment was pushed back. He then proceeded to tell me that I “ignored” all attempts at the confirming with me despite me never having any texts/ voicemails. The staff member I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability, which completely derailed my schedule for the day. Long-time customers deserve better communication and professionalism than what I experienced here.

I really enjoy having my eye exams at this clinic because all the staff and doctors are very professional and friendly. I especially appreciate the knowledge and patience of Dr. Saakova; she's the best! Thank you all for the excellent service!

Very disappointed. Never saw any clear vision the entire visit. Dr stated she cannot get me to see the screen. Very bright in the room. At the end when I put my glasses on I saw everything clear. Why is this
