VerifiedI ran my new Rivian through this car wash (the Indian School Rd location) and it badly scratched my hood and front window casing. I immediately contacted the onsite manager who took pictures and had me fill out a claim form and stated someone "from corporate" would be contacting me to deal with the repairs needed. It's been 3 weeks and no contact whatsoever! I've emailed them and submitted a request through their contact us website and am still not getting any response. Completely ridiculous as the onsite manager admitted they were having problems with the wash that day and another car was damaged while I was there. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Kelyl was so amazing he deserves the world and more. I was short a couple dollars but he gave it to me so i could still get my car washed. Very nice of him considering he definitely didn’t have to. Thank you again Kelyl :)

This place is great!! I only had 5$ in my wallet & the washes here are 9$! I was prepared to just back out of here and go home but the manager spotted me for the wash I had today- it was so thoughtful and nice of them <3
