The employees were actually very friendly. However the reason for my 3 stars is because I paid $2100 to fix a coolant leak on my Toyota Prius but the leak was not fixed. Long story short, The technician DIAGNOSED my vehicle and sent me a paper work stating I needed to replace my water pump, thermostat, and inverter total $3,400 to fix the water leak. I told them I didn't have that amount, they recommended to fixed the water pump and thermostat. I agreed paid 2100 only to picked up my vehicle the leak is worse. Dropped off the vehicle for a second time and this time I got a different DIAGNOSES : exhaust system or gasket. At this point they advised me to get another vehicle and get rid of my car. I feel like if they had properly DIAGNOSED my vehicle the first time, I wouldn't have agreed to give them the go ahead to attempt to fix the vehicle. So I lost 2k and my water leak was not resolved.

I ride a Prius. It started misfiring on the start, so called Prius death start. Brought it to them, paid 250 for the inspection, got back a $2,500 proposal on sparks, Ignition coils, some form of fuel clean up and more snake oil. FYI, the car cost 5-7k tops. After being straight with them and told them to just fix the issue, they brought the proposal down to 1k, for fixing 1 coil and all sparks. I changed it in the other shop for 600. The issue persisted and gotten worse, I took engine apart and cleaned the EGR Manifold. Something I told them was the issue I thought when I brought the car. As a result, by "trusting them" I would have dropped half of my cars value to them for something that wasn't even the issue. After doing it myself over 4 hours with no mechanics experiance, the car is running perfect now. You judge for yourself.

What a wonderful honest business. Really hard to find a good mechanic these days. Not only did I feel comfortable sending my daughter there from 200 miles away after the care they took on the phone to reassure us. They We’re honest and upfront about what they were going to do, and when it turned out to be Little to nothing, just a battery, they replaced it, warranted it and took care of our daughter and had her back on the road quickly! Couldn’t ask for a better experience thank you so much!

What this automotive shop lacks in a good looking staff it makes up for in knowledgeable, quick, and fair service. They're super nice fellas, and always up front about your vehicle upkeep pricing. They have a discount for oil changes if you add a sticker to your vehicle which is pretty dang smart n easy. And you get used to the smell of the place, they're doing their best. All kidding aside, professional, laid back folks, just taking care of your car or truck. Highly recommend em.

Decided to try a auto shop in my neighborhood when my engine light came on. I have to say, the service advisor Mark was very pleasant to work with. He made sure my vehicle was up and running and was straight forward with maintenance issues, which I appreciated to ensure that vehicle runs. Was able to drop it off the same day I walked in. Good communication between shop and customer. My car is good for the road.
