I visited San Diego for 1 week and cannot recommend this studio enough. I did arms and abs with Hannah, full body with Adrienne and Christa Hannah was so friendly to me during my first class and encouraged me throughout the class. Hers was the hardest one in my opinion. Adrienne is so sweet as well, she took the time to chat with me and give support after class. Both her and Christa’s class flowed really well to train all parts of the body and Christa checked my form which was much appreciated. Transitions between moves are quick but I would just look at my neighbors to see what to do next. The studio is well arranged where you can see yourself in the mirrors most of the time. Lagree is hard. I felt deeply challenged every time I went in the studio, had to stop and take breaks some times, but the 45 mins passes by fast and you do feel yourself getting stronger each time. Hope to come back to visit and take more classes here soon. 🥰
