Jerry was wonderful and patient as I explained several things that needed to be inspected with our boiler for the building. One item could not be resolved yet, but he let me know the best way to ensure when they diagnose, it’s done correctly. Looking forward to working with this group again!

A bit of a mixed review. The first time inside them, they were great. This last time has been a disaster. I had a mr steam unit go bad in a November. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem ( we thought) and said he needs parts from Mr. Steam. A couple weeks later we came out with the parts and "fixed" the issue ( we paid). About three or four days later I went to use it and the exact same error came up, no steam. Called back and the tech came out. He got on the phone with Mr Steam again and said he was incorect the first time and now needed another part. Since then the part has never arrived and despite 5 calls to Sunshine/Denver plumber including one where the owner said he would handle and get back to me, it has been two and half months and my steam unit is not repaired. This is perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They won't even call me back now.

Josh worked on a few projects recently for me. He explained the process thoroughly and did amazing work for each visit. I've been a customer for years and will continue to rely on their help. Update 1/17/25 Just had an issue with my furnace, Jerry was my technician for the second time in recent months. Very thoroughly explained what was going on and gave insight into making a proper decision. Once again very pleased with the overall services offered and the technicians they staff.

Amanda was great! She was friendly and got Josh scheduled to come out that afternoon! Josh was great! He stopped by, he explained what I was missing and we got the toilet fixed in a few minutes. He also gave me some quotes and best practices on how to improve the waterlines that will need to be replaced in the coming months! Sunshine had been great to work with in the past (HVAC work) and I plan on working with them for any future projects/repairs.

William and Erik replaced the 1970s era boiler in my home with a high efficiency combo boiler + hot water unit. I had been slowly doing research over the past year (because I knew this day would come), so I already had an idea of what type of solution I was interested in. I don't think I could say enough good things about William and Erik (and the rest of the team I interacted with). Very professional all around. They easily tick all of the standard service boxes — knowledgeable, courteous, professional, etc. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me confidence in the project. But those, to me, are all the typical 5 star review requirements. The thing that really set William apart and exceeded my expectations is his attention to detail and obvious passion for the craft of his job. The end result is nothing short of a piece of art. A highly technical and very functional piece of art. *Everything* is labeled, components have their own electrical boxes, all wires are neatly zip-tied, etc. I mean—they built their own wall to mount everything to! The level of care is incredible.
