I would stay far away from this print shop. I sent my garments to get printed and it came out looking blurry and had “banding” lines within the logo which is from a faulty printer. When I brought this up, the owner claimed he couldn’t see it. I took it to a nearby print shop and they could see the lines in the logo, and said that they usually fix the issue by reprinting it. The Design Studio owner refused to fix it by reprinting and refused to give me a refund and claimed that I “just wanted to get my stuff for free”, which is ridiculous. I’m attaching (2) photos, the ugly one is from his print shop, and the professional looking one is from my manufacturer in China, you can CLEARLY see the difference in resolution and the “banding” lines in the logo from his printer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!! AS YOU CAN SEE THE OWNER TRIED TO SAY THAT I DIDN’T PROVIDE THE GARMENTS FOR THEM TO FIX WHICH IS A LIE, I SAT UP THERE AND ASKED HIM TIME AND TIME AGAIN TO PLEASE FIX IT. HE REFUSED TO FIX IT. His words were “you’re zooming in too much”, and, “look you’re right, but I’m also right”, HOW ARE YOU RIGHT IN ANY OF THIS!? He then left his establishment because he allegedly had to attend a meeting….he left, and came back 10min later and said nothing to me. The man is a joke and takes offense when you have to Google what “banding” means and ask him if he cleans his printer to prevent the lines from showing in the print. I even found some logos that was mistakenly left with my order that they printed which also found had faulty print lines/banding from his faulty printer!!!!
