Highly recommend this service. My car interior smells and looks brand new. After 12 years of road warrior and tribe getting in and out.. I literally couldn’t believe the transformation. My leather is restored, shiny, and glowing again. Carpet fresh and clean. All the nooks and crannies were attended to. Detailholics Auto Detail will be my go-to service from now on. Flexible, professional, knowledgeable and great quality. 10/10 stars.

Trimel did a great job. Showed up when he said that he would and made our two eight year old vehicles look like new. One especially was dirtier than he anticipated but he stuck with it and persisted. I recommend Detailaholics for their earnest effort and attention to detail. Thank you.

I recently posted a review regarding some things I was frustrated with. I suspected the company might be a scam especially after my recent situation surrounding it, and I will share my experience with you. I had promised to delete the review if the issue was resolved. However, I didn't realize at the time that I deleted the review that it was my bank who gave my money back, after I went to my bank to dispute the charges, they refunded the money to me while they are still investigating why I hadn’t received my money back in the first place. Soooo, basically I went online and paid for a service to have my car detailed. Someone reached out to me and informed me that PayPal was giving them a hard time and things were not doing what they were supposed to be doing and they assured me that I would receive a refund. I did receive an email confirming the refund, as well as a new link via text to recharge my card, which they did. So this was on the 28th of Novemeber. I was trying to get it done for my daughter's birthday. Now, granted it was delayed a bit and even though they reached out on the delays of when they could get to the detailing, I just requested a refund. Now mind you the 1st $219 has still not been refunded. We didnt get a new car for her but I thought detailing it to make it feel like a new car would be nice). I started to get frustrated due to the lack of proper communication, despite their claims to the contrary. I have emails and text to prove this correspondence. I was particularly upset because I still hadn’t received a refund for the initial $220 that I was charged so now I was waiting on two $220 refunds. They indicated that the refund had been processed, and I received an email confirming this; however, the money never appeared back in my account. I received two additional emails stating that one refund was taking longer than expected while the other had been declined. Despite my repeated explanations to the company, they were acting as if the situation was my fault, when I had done nothing wrong. This is the reason for my review. The company's communication was poor, and I felt they were being dismissive. They asked if I had Cash App and I said no. They didn't reach out again until after I left my first bad review and instead of the owner reaching out to me or apologizing and making it right he put his so called acknowledgment and their responce of my review as if it was my fault. Never once again apologized or attempted to make it right. Ultimately, I managed to get my money back after nearly three weeks, but only after I filed a dispute and fraud charges with my bank. It’s frustrating that it took almost three weeks to resolve (which mind you again was me and my bank) especially when I informed them repeatedly that the money was not in my account and received those emails about delays and declines. I find it rude that they continue to place blame on me. One guy which was originally I think going to be the one detailing my car did reach out and he is the only one I felt was trying at least. This could definitely be a one off situation that very few people experience, and it could be great but mine wasn't and the fact that I was to blame and not feeling understand is now why I am leaving this new review. I want to clarify that I’m not trying to be negative. I just want people to recognize that I am not at fault in this situation. I simply want my money back. The fact that my bank had to step in to provide a refund because the situation wasn’t handled properly is quite upsetting. I just needed to express that.
