This was my 3rd visit to Diamond nails. 2 of the 3 times I had Otis for my tech.. this time I requested him and and I'm glad I did! The last time I came the tech I had couldn't do the design I wanted after 2 attempts so I went with an ombre, he complained I wanted my nails too short and had a really hard time getting the ombre to blend, I was exhausted after a long day at work so I finally told him they were okay.. and that's all they were was okay enough to get me through to the next fill.. I will request Otis from here on out he pays attention to EVERY detail and my nails don't feel heavy or bumpy.. I went with a solid color this time, and changed the shape Otis didn't complain and was still just as attentive as he was the first time with my designs.. I would give him 100 stars! Thanks Otis I'll be back!

I have never had a bad experience here. I have been coming to have my nails done, by Otis, for months. This place is spectacular, fair priced, and all of the staff are friendly, professional, personable, and absolutely great at what they do.
