Great music venue! Definitely should opt for seats on the sides of the stage versus seats on the floor. Great acoustics throughout. Bathrooms are kept very clean, concessions are well staffed, and there is plenty of security throughout as well. This is definitely one of the best music venues in the entire DFW metroplex.

Convent parking clean good food every seat is a good search. The sounds was awesome. The lines moved very fast. I haven't had a bad experience at Dickies Arena. I'm excited they I no longer have to drive to Dallas just enjoy a concert. Keep bringing great artist to Dickies I plan to be there everytime. I give Dickies Ft Worth Arean 5 stars....

Attended a great Ben Rector concert here in Nov 2025. Surprisingly good sound. I was up close on the side in front of the speakers. You can hear a bit of an echo on the recording, but it was great for us in person. Really liked the look and feel of the arena, too.

This is a beautiful, very well designed arena. We saw the Lumineers and Chance Pena concert here and the venue could not have been nicer! The out of the arena and the huge patio around is absolutely beautiful!! The inside is functional and everyone working there were very helpful. Acoustics and seating were great, altogether a wonderful place to see an event!

Went for the first time for the Dallas Mavericks vs OKC Thunder game. Was really impressed with the venue. Chevy parking allowed easy access to the arena. Seats were comfortable and the concourse was really nice and clean. Conveniently located near Interstate 30.
